My Karate Journey
Hi there, my name is Nick Andrianakis chief Instructor (Kyoshi Nick) at Melbourne Academy Of Goju-Ryu International Karate-Do (MAGIK). I have been a dedicated student of the WGKA (World Goju-Ryu Karate Academy) for over three decades. My love for karate started at the age of thirteen at a local karate school Kyokushin in Brunswick. At fifteen I trained with Bob Jones Karate (Zen Do Kai) where I was a student well into my twenties. I started training in the Goju-Ryu style in my early thirties under the tutelage of the WGKA founder Max Fabris gaining my 6th dan in karate. Drawing upon this extensive experience and a deep-seated passion for the art, I have trained students of all ages for over twenty years. I am now excited and ready to welcome students to my new karate school under the banner of Melbourne Academy Of Goju-Ryu International Karate-Do (MAGIK) in Brunswick. Still teaching the art of karate with a modern twist. From beginners to advanced, whether you're looking to compete or improve fitness, physical and mental wellbeing I am here for you. Kyoshi Nick
